Theresa serves as the primary contact for new referrals, explaining the intake process and coordinating scheduling, billing, and paperwork.  She provides administrative and logistical support for the CFA team and works closely with the clinical director.  She also assists with recruitment and human resources. 

Theresa joined CFA in 2022 and has over 20 years’ experience with office administration, customer service, booking and executive support. She has almost a decade of experience working in the field of mental health and brings compassion and professionalism to her role.
