Eric Lee, Ph.D., is a resident in Clinical Psychology.

Eric Lee, Ph.D. works closely with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. His clinical specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, parenting support, and cultural identity development. Dr. Lee is committed to neuroaffirming care while creating a safe, validating, and inclusive space where clients can explore their unique strengths and needs.
Dr. Lee takes an integrative, developmentally informed approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive-behavioral techniques, psychodynamic principles, and family systems. He meets clients where they are, building trust and tailoring interventions to match each individual and family’s goals. He collaborates with families to promote empathy and connection, supporting growth both within and beyond the therapy room.
In addition to therapy, Dr. Lee conducts comprehensive psychological (e.g., mood and behavioral disorders), developmental (e.g., Autism), and educational (e.g., ADHD, learning disorders) evaluations to support diagnostic clarity, inform treatment planning, and support access to academic accommodations. He is especially passionate about advocacy by helping families navigate school systems to access appropriate services.
Dr. Lee earned both his undergraduate and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from The George Washington University. His training includes practicum experiences at community mental health centers, hospitals, and schools, and an internship at the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut.
