As care begins, services at CFA start with a complimentary 15-minute conversation with our Client Care Coordinator. This initial call is designed to listen carefully, understand your concerns, and answer early questions—because a thoughtful beginning matters. Our Client Care Coordinator then collaborates with our Clinical Director to consider goodness-of-fit and identify the clinician whose expertise best aligns with your needs.
From there, you are intentionally linked with a clinician who will facilitate a thorough intake, clarify the referral question, and develop a tailored treatment plan. Care begins on a weekly basis, allowing for consistency and momentum as insight builds and meaningful progress takes shape over time.
