Child & Family Associates of Greater Washington, LLC, a multi-year Arlington Magazine’s Best Mental Health Practice and Reader Pick Best Child Therapist practice. We are a collaborative group of highly skilled mental health providers located in the Washington, DC metro area. CFA is seeking dynamic and compassionate child and family clinical psychologists / psychotherapists to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, using evidence-based treatments to help children and families overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
In this role you’ll work closely with our team of experienced professionals to provide high quality care to our clients, including integrative psychotherapy and psychological evaluation services for children, teens, and adults. Deliver family-based and integrative treatment and assessment while collaborating with parents, schools, and other professionals.
Creating clear, actionable treatment plans and assessments. Participating in team consultations and ongoing development.
You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up to date on the latest research and best practices.

We are looking for colleagues who:

- Have child, parenting, couples, or family therapy training or experience
- Interest in strengths-based, skill-building approaches
- Demonstrate excellent psychological evaluation and intervention skills
- Preferably demonstrate skills in Cognitive Behavioral/Integrative psychotherapy
- Comfortable working with families as part of treatment.
